The governor of Texas Mr. Rick Perry has appointed a local real estate broker known as Russell Cain (who is himself the owner of his real estate company) to the Research Advisory Board of Real Estate market of Texas which reports latest updates to the Research Center of Texas Real Estate at “Texas A&M University”. His appointment was decided to bring the attention of the brokers to the crossroad areas. Currently three real estate offices of Cain are serving the Coastal Bend.

The next plan for the market of real estate of Texas is what things should be implemented including the prices and values of houses, offices and commercial properties in order to grow the business and value of land in Texas. According to Cain, it is very honorable decision for him to be appointed as a real estate agent who is responsible to decide the further improvements and plans and can give an exposure to the South Texas area including Coastal Bend. The major areas covered by “A&M University” are real estate policies, mortgage research, social land issues and land use.

The advisory committee consists of ten persons who are appointed by governor and they are responsible to suggest and approve the future budget schemes for the “Real Estate Research Center”. Six members of the committee out of ten are working as real estate brokers who are dealing in the areas of residential, commercial and industrial properties. Three of them are representing public and one of these members performs his duty for commission matters of real Estate of Texas.
