The world renowned comedian and actor Jerry Seinfeld of Hollywood, has put up his Colorado home for sale which is reportedly worth $18.3 million. The hose is built on an area of 26 acres and is located in the south of Telluride Ski Resort which is in Mountain Village. The house has 11 beautiful bedrooms and 14 total bathrooms and Mr. Seinfeld has planned to sell it off furnished. Furthermore, the house includes a manicured trail system and has a 5,500 square feet big dock with a clear view of the Wilson Peak. Comes with a four car garage. It has internal heat system too. It also has a hot tub and a steamy shower and a creek which goes around the entire property. The house was first built in 1991 and to keep it fashion savvy, was comprehensively renovated in the last few years.

Next up, the CEO of Citadel Broadcasting, Larry Wilson has also decided to sell off his Montana ranch at a market rate of $12.7 million. This ranch is based on an area of 3,000 acre and is located on the west of Augusta.

Designer Henry Bacon, who also designed the Lincoln Memorial made a mansion which is also up for sale, with a market worth of $4.3 Million. The house was completed in 1899. The mansion is founded on an acre of area with seven bathrooms and eight bedrooms. The master wing has 2 bathrooms alongwith a sitting and an office that can also be used as a nursery.
