Both the costs and payments of homes have increased as families from a number of parts of the “Federally administered tribal areas FATA” have fled the aggression and matted for housing in Peshawar which is known as  the capital territory of neighboring Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Those people who were in the list of violence-zones of FATA have been purchased and leased more than 25,000 housing schemes in Hayatabad Township in Peshawar.

People of Khyber- pakhtun –khawah are also trying to search the properties like these where they could invest much of their money for future savings. It was known that before the year of 2007 people used to rent a 1,300-sq ft house in Hyderabad just for 80 dollars. But nowadays, they cannot avail it even in less than $260.

After the opening of US campaign in 2002, those people who used to prefer renting their houses to Taliban are strictly holed up in FATA. The campaign is continuously forcing Taliban to leave Afghanistan and insisting them to search another places and properties for their survival. Taliban are basically the people from Afghanistan who crossed the Pak-Afghan border and are leaving illegally in Pakistan without any property and NIC declaration.

After the violence in 2008, people from Mohmand Agency moved to the places where they are surviving in a very difficult situation and even they are unable to pay the high rents of the place where they are living. Besides these, families from FATA are also helpless and continue staying at nearby areas as they are unable to pass their rest of life in paying huge rents.
